TAMU Students Won Best Paper Awards at IEEE Sustainable Power & Energy Conference in China

Current and former students supervised by Dr. Le Xie, Professor at Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering won the awards at the IEEE Sustainable Power & Energy Conference in Beijing, China, on November 21-23, 2019. The following papers were awarded:

  • Chao Yan, Xinbo Geng, Le Xie, and Zhaohong Bie: “A Scenario-based Storage Planning Framework with Probabilistic Guarantees
  • Chenyang Huang, Zheng Yan, Jingyang Yun, Le Xie, and Yuanyuan Li: “Enhanced Real-time Electricity Price Prediction with a Novel Feature Selection Technique
