Dr. P.R. Kumar, professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Texas A&M University, has received the prestigious IEEE INFOCOM Achievement Award at the IEEE INFOCOM conference. Kumar is the Engineering Chair in Computer Engineering, and received the award “for contributions to the scaling laws of wireless networks.”
