Texas Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) launched the Smart Grid Center extension in Qatar on November 12, 2014. The opening ceremony was a success with distinguished speakers and attendees to celebrate the extension. Dr. Haitham Abu-Rub, the Managing Director of the Smart Grid Center extension in Qatar, gave a detailed presentation about the Center and what it means for the future of Qatar.
