Dr. Tarla Rai Peterson, Boone and Crockett chair and Smart Grid Center collaborator, and co-authors recently published an article in the UCLA Law Review. The article illustrates the use of the Socio-Political Evaluation of Energy Deployment (SPEED) framework to characterize the socio-political factors influencing the development of energy systems across multiple regions.
