Adolfo Escobedo-Pinto, Ph.D. candidate at Industrial & Systems Engineering (ISE), is a recipient of the ConocoPhillips Fellowship, the second time, to support his research titled “Multi-Area Decentralized Load Shed Recovery and Revenue-adequate Financial Transmission Rights for Flexible Topology”. His supervisor is Dr. Erick Moreno-Centeno, Assistant Professor (ISE).
