Ph.D. candidate Payman Dehghanian has been selected to speak at the Texas Public Power Association (TPPA) 2017 Annual Meeting at the closed meeting of the “Engineering and Operation” Committee. The TPPA Annual Meeting will take place July 24-26th in San Antonio, Texas.
