Paper titled “Prevention of Power Grid Blackouts Using Intentional Islanding Scheme” has been accepted for publication in the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Applications. The authors are Ahad Esmaeilian, P.h.D. candidate (Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE), TAMU) and Dr. Mladen Kezunovic, professor (ECE, TAMU) and director of the TEES Smart Grid Center.
Ahad’s research is supervised by Dr. Kezunovic. His research interest includes power systems, power systems protection engineering, electrical and computer engineering.
