The Resilient Electric Grid Consortium of North America (RECON) lead by Dr. Thomas Overbye (Professor, Texas A&M University) brings together researchers from a diverse group of universities and a national lab from across North America to provide help to underserved communities both with specific grid resiliency pilot projects and through more general research and development.
