P.R. Kumar, Ph.D., Regents Professor, Distinguished Professor, and College of Engineering Chair in Computer Engineering 
at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Texas A&M University, was awarded the 2022 IEEE Alexander Graham Bell Medal. This medal was given for his exceptional contributions to the modeling, analysis, and design of wireless networks.
