Congratulations to the Texas A&M IEEE PES/IAS/PELS Joint Student Chapter on winning the IEEE Industry Application Society Outstanding Student Branch Chapter Award 2019 ! The student chapter officers are Milad Soleimani (President), Pooria Dehghanian (Treasurer), and Hanyue Li (Event Coordinator). The advisors are Professor Kate Davis and Professor Le Xie. The chapter’s main activities include organizing Texas Power and Energy Conference (TPEC) every year and organizing weekly seminars in collaborating with EPG.
